Assessments
The systematic analysis of a candidate's skills, knowledge, abilities, and fitness for a certain employment opportunity in the context of the recruiting process is referred to as assessment. In-person interviews, tests, and online evaluations are all examples of assessments.
Assessments are conducted to determine a candidate's fitness for a particular job role. HR professionals often use pre-employment assessment tools to efficiently filter candidates. Once assessments are completed, the HR team evaluates the results to make informed decisions. A fair and impartial employment process is possible with assessment as it eliminates bias.
